Six plain reasons

Why people in Hyderabad choose Cube

No slogans. Six facts you can check before you sign anything.

We make the lift ourselves

Own factory at IDA Balanagar with CNC laser and bending lines. Doors, cabin, frame, brackets — made here, not bought and re-badged.

Installing lifts since 2007

19 years in this city. We started installing in 2007 and added our own manufacturing later. Many lifts we put in a decade ago are still running.

170 people, office and site

About 100 in the factory and 70 in the field. Call one number and your file comes up by your phone number — you never depend on one person.

Proper doors, always

Every Cube lift comes with automatic doors that lock before the lift moves. We do not fit collapsible grill gates, at any price.

One number, your whole file

Give your phone number to the office and your lift's full history comes up — drawing, installation date, every service visit. Or check it yourself at cubeelevators.com/track. You never explain from the start.

We will still be here

A lift needs service for 20 years. Small firms take an advance and vanish half-way — we get those half-done sites. A 19-year-old company with a factory does not disappear.

Inside a Cube lift

What you are actually paying for

A lift is not one thing. It is a dozen parts that must work together for twenty years. Here is what is inside a traction (MRL) lift, and who makes it. For the hydraulic home lift, see the next section →

Why this matters

A cheap quote often means an unknown cabin, an unknown door and a company that cannot fix either. Ask any other quote this one question: "Where is the cabin made?"

The home-lift favourite

The hydraulic lift — and what your house needs for it

Most home lifts we install are hydraulic. No machine room on the roof, little or no pit, and it comes down by gravity when the power fails. Here is how it works and exactly what your building has to provide.

Cut-away of a Cube hydraulic home lift A G+2 house with a hydraulic lift: cabin on a cantilever car frame, cylinder and piston beside it with both guide rails on one wall either side of the cylinder, 1:2 roping anchored at the bottom, power pack and controller outside the shaft on the ground floor, landing doors on each floor, little or no pit and no machine room on top. 1
Oil goes in

The power pack pumps oil into the cylinder. The piston rises; the rope over its sheave lifts the cabin twice as far and twice as fast (1:2 roping) — smoothly, without a motor on the roof.

2
Doors lock first

Landing and cabin doors must be closed and locked before the lift can move. No collapsible gate, on any Cube lift.

3
Down by gravity

To descend, a valve opens and the lift lowers itself. In a power cut, one button on the power pack brings it to the ground floor.

What your building has to provide

This is the checklist our engineer runs at the site visit. If you have these, a hydraulic lift fits.

    5′×5′ (6 pax)
  • Walls3 sides · 9-inch brick. No wall? We bring an MS structure.

  • PitOften none. A 15-inch step or ramp works instead.

You ask · We answer

The questions every buyer asks us on the phone

These are real questions from real calls. Here are our straight answers.

Question 1 of 5 · Price
YouYour price is higher than the other quote I got. Why should I pay more?
CubeFair question. Three things before we talk about the number:
  1. They will vanish. At a very low price, some people fit door frames, guide rails and brackets, take more than half your money — and then nobody is there. Those half-done sites come to us to finish.
  2. We make it. Outside, many have only a visiting card. We have a factory at Balanagar and have been here since 2007.
  3. There are enough of us. 170 people. Even if your salesperson is not there, your whole file comes up by your phone number.
WHAT A CHEAP QUOTE OFTEN PAYS FOR Frames, rails, brackets fitted · advance collected Cabin, doors, machine, service — nobody comes WHAT A CUBE QUOTE PAYS FOR Full lift from our own factory · installed · 1 year warranty · 1 year free service · AMC after · a company that is still here in year 10
Question 2 of 5 · Service
YouWhat happens after the lift is installed? Who do I call if it stops?
CubeYou get one year warranty and one year free service. After that, an AMC (yearly maintenance contract) keeps the free-service habit going. Our service team is Hyderabad-based, not sent from another city. In many areas we already have running sites, so our people are close by. Give your phone number to the office and your lift's complete history comes up — you never have to explain from the start.
Handover Year 1 · warranty + free service, free Year 2 onwards AMC · yearly plan, regular visits + breakdown calls Year 20 Same company, same phone number
Question 3 of 5 · Grill gate
YouCan you give me a collapsible grill gate instead? It is cheaper.
CubeNo — and we say this as a manufacturer. Collapsible grill gates are a safety issue: fingers, hands and children's heads get caught, and there have been many accidents. Every Cube lift comes with proper doors that lock before the lift moves. It costs a little more. It is the part of the lift you will never regret paying for.
Question 4 of 5 · Who is behind Cube
YouAre you a real company or just a dealer? Who is behind Cube?
CubeCube Elevators is the brand of Lifts Trade Pvt Ltd, a registered private limited company. We started installing lifts in Hyderabad in 2007 and set up our own manufacturing plant at IDA Balanagar in 2023. In FY 2025-26 we manufactured 830 elevators, and the plant can scale to 12,000+ a year. Around 170 people work with us — about 100 in the factory and 70 in the field.
Question 5 of 5 · Proof
YouCan I see one of your lifts running before I decide?
CubeYes. Two ways. Come to Balanagar — see the factory and the display lifts, and meet the people who will build yours. Or tell us your area — we will send someone with you to a running Cube site near you, and you can talk to the owner yourself.

Safety first

Why we will not sell you a collapsible grill gate

It is the cheapest part of a cheap quote — and the most dangerous part of a lift.

Not offered by Cube

Collapsible grill gate

Open scissor mesh. Hands, fingers and children's heads can pass through while the lift moves. Cheap to fit — that is why low quotes use it.

Standard on every Cube lift

Automatic doors with door lock

Solid doors that must be closed and locked before the lift can move. Manufactured in our factory. The lift cannot start with the door open.

What you get

One lift. One company. From drawing to year twenty.

Included with every Cube lift

  • Site visit and shaft measurement by our engineer
  • Lift built in our own factory at Balanagar
  • Automatic doors — never a collapsible gate
  • Installation by Cube's own team
  • 1 year warranty + 1 year free service
  • Yearly AMC plans after the free year

How to check us before you decide

  • Ask your other quote where their doors and cabin come from
  • Visit our factory — anyone can, any working day
  • Ask to be taken to a running Cube site in your area
  • Ask us how many lifts we made last year (830)
  • Ask to ride a display lift at the factory
  • Ask what your house needs for a hydraulic lift — it is all listed here
Come and see

Don't take our word for it. Take a walk through the factory.

Every buyer is welcome. See the doors being cut, the cabins being built, and the people who will build yours.

Short answers

Other things people ask

Do you make the lift or just install it?

Both. The lift is manufactured in our own plant at IDA Balanagar and installed by our own team.

Is Cube a manufacturer or a dealer?

A manufacturer. We made 830 elevators in FY 2025-26 in our own plant at IDA Balanagar.

Where is your service team based?

In Hyderabad. Around 70 of our 170 people are field staff for installation and service.

What is an AMC?

An Annual Maintenance Contract — a yearly plan for regular check-ups and breakdown calls after your free first year. Ask us for the plan that suits your lift.

Does a hydraulic lift need a pit?

Usually not. Most home hydraulic lifts go in with no pit or a very shallow one (up to about 2 ft); where digging is not possible we raise the entrance with a small step or ramp. No machine room on the roof either — the power pack sits outside the shaft on the ground floor.

Do you also do commercial buildings and hospitals?

Yes — homes, apartments, offices, hospitals and modernisation of old lifts.
