We make the lift ourselves
Own factory at IDA Balanagar with CNC laser and bending lines. Doors, cabin, frame, brackets — made here, not bought and re-badged.
Measured at your site, built in our own factory at Balanagar, installed and serviced by our own team. When you buy a Cube lift, you buy from the maker — not from a visiting card.
No slogans. Six facts you can check before you sign anything.

19 years in this city. We started installing in 2007 and added our own manufacturing later. Many lifts we put in a decade ago are still running.
About 100 in the factory and 70 in the field. Call one number and your file comes up by your phone number — you never depend on one person.
Every Cube lift comes with automatic doors that lock before the lift moves. We do not fit collapsible grill gates, at any price.
Give your phone number to the office and your lift's full history comes up — drawing, installation date, every service visit. Or check it yourself at cubeelevators.com/track. You never explain from the start.
A lift needs service for 20 years. Small firms take an advance and vanish half-way — we get those half-done sites. A 19-year-old company with a factory does not disappear.
A lift is not one thing. It is a dozen parts that must work together for twenty years. Here is what is inside a traction (MRL) lift, and who makes it. For the hydraulic home lift, see the next section →
Cabin, doors, frames, brackets and structural parts are cut and bent on our own CNC laser and AMADA bending lines.
Machine, controller, ropes and safety gear come from established suppliers and are tested at our plant before they go to your site.
A cheap quote often means an unknown cabin, an unknown door and a company that cannot fix either. Ask any other quote this one question: "Where is the cabin made?"
Most home lifts we install are hydraulic. No machine room on the roof, little or no pit, and it comes down by gravity when the power fails. Here is how it works and exactly what your building has to provide.
The power pack pumps oil into the cylinder. The piston rises; the rope over its sheave lifts the cabin twice as far and twice as fast (1:2 roping) — smoothly, without a motor on the roof.
Landing and cabin doors must be closed and locked before the lift can move. No collapsible gate, on any Cube lift.
To descend, a valve opens and the lift lowers itself. In a power cut, one button on the power pack brings it to the ground floor.
This is the checklist our engineer runs at the site visit. If you have these, a hydraulic lift fits.
Every figure is confirmed by a Cube engineer at your site before we quote — bring your drawing to Balanagar or send it on WhatsApp.
| Your building needs… | Hydraulic home favourite | Traction, machine-room-less (MRL) | Traction with machine room |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pit | 0 – 2 ft, or a step | about 3 – 5 ft | about 5 ft |
| Machine room | None — power pack outside the shaft | None | ~6 ft room on the roof |
| Headroom on top | Normal floor height | Extra height above the last floor | Extra slab + room |
| Best for | Inside the house, G+1 to G+4 | Apartments, more stops | Heavier, taller buildings |
| Power cut | Comes down by gravity — one button | Manual release / ARD | Manual release / ARD |

Villas and independent houses. Mostly hydraulic — no pit, no machine room. G+1 to G+4. See how it works →
Passenger lifts for G+2 to G+7 buildings. Built for daily heavy use.
Offices, hospitals, hotels. Bed lifts and higher-traffic cabins.
Old lift, new life. Replace grill gates, machine and controller without rebuilding the shaft.
These are real questions from real calls. Here are our straight answers.
From installing lifts to making our own — in the same city, for nineteen years.
It is the cheapest part of a cheap quote — and the most dangerous part of a lift.
Open scissor mesh. Hands, fingers and children's heads can pass through while the lift moves. Cheap to fit — that is why low quotes use it.
Solid doors that must be closed and locked before the lift can move. Manufactured in our factory. The lift cannot start with the door open.
Every buyer is welcome. See the doors being cut, the cabins being built, and the people who will build yours.

A manufacturer. We made 830 elevators in FY 2025-26 in our own plant at IDA Balanagar.
In Hyderabad. Around 70 of our 170 people are field staff for installation and service.
An Annual Maintenance Contract — a yearly plan for regular check-ups and breakdown calls after your free first year. Ask us for the plan that suits your lift.
Usually not. Most home hydraulic lifts go in with no pit or a very shallow one (up to about 2 ft); where digging is not possible we raise the entrance with a small step or ramp. No machine room on the roof either — the power pack sits outside the shaft on the ground floor.
Yes — homes, apartments, offices, hospitals and modernisation of old lifts.
